Social workers deal with some of the most challenging human situations in life. For a lot of clients, their needs have become more complex over recent years at the same time as resources have become even more stretched. This webinar will emphasise the importance of ‘putting on our own oxygen mask first’ so we can stay well within our profession in the face of these changes. Drawing on up-to-date research and evidence-based strategies, this webinar will help attendees understand what ‘healthy resilience’ really means and will provide practical guidance about how to build personal resilience and reduce overall stress levels.
